  • Fluent in English (primary working language).

Tactical Instructor / Operator

Responsibilities. Conduct training programs for client security teams and contracted personnel. Execute high-risk assignments including VIP protection, critical infrastructure defence, counter-terrorism support and area security patrols.

Requirements. Prior service in special forces, elite infantry or military / law-enforcement tactical units. Proficient in close-quarters battle, long-range patrolling, battlefield first aid and defensive driving. Prior deployment to active zones preferred.

Remote Systems Tactical Specialist (UAV / UGV)

Responsibilities. Operate and maintain tactical-grade unmanned aerial and ground vehicles. Develop and execute offensive and defensive tactics involving unmanned systems. Deliver training for operators.

Requirements. Hands-on experience in drone swarm operations, loitering munition interception, electronic warfare or coordinated UGV employment. Familiarity with mainstream tactical UAS platforms and counter-drone systems. Background in artillery observation, reconnaissance or electronic warfare units preferred.

Online Training Academy — Lead Tactical Instructor

Responsibilities. Design and deliver online tactical curricula, both live and recorded. Develop standardised training modules covering squad tactics, urban operations and survival technique.

Requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to standardise and visualise complex tactical movement. Prior instructional experience (military academy, recruit training or corporate security) preferred. Comfortable with remote and flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities. Collect and analyse tactical trends from global conflict zones. Author in-depth after-action reports, threat assessments and tailored tactical response solutions.

Requirements. Strong foundation in military theory. Experience in military intelligence analysis or operational planning. Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality analytical reports.
