Prevention
- Intelligence — collection and analysis of the local threat picture, including the groups active in the area and their recent methods.
- Fortification — hardening of critical targets: standoff distance, blast mitigation, access screening and IED awareness for site staff.
- Planning — written contingency plans for the incidents that are actually plausible at that location, not a generic binder.
- Drills — emergency exercises run with the client organisation until the response is a habit rather than a document.
Response
When an incident occurs, the objective is to contain the situation, minimise casualties and neutralise the threat with professional tactical capability — under a rules-of-engagement framework agreed with the client and consistent with the law of the operating jurisdiction.
